Product Support Specialists

As a part of our commitment to excellent service, ARS offers in-house HVAC support specialists available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. They provide both phone and text support and are happy to answer your questions regarding the application, installation, operation, service and troubleshooting of American Standard, Mitsubishi and other top HVAC brands. Events & Training

As an HVAC/R professional, it's important to keep up-to-date on the latest technology and training. ARS makes this easy by offering technical training classes on top brands and products. Refrigerant Reclamation

Exchange your full refrigerant recovery cylinders for empty recovery cylinders and NEVER PAY a recertification charge again! Bring in your used 30, 50 or 125 lb cylinder and pick up a clean, certified cylinder in return. Earn up to $2.00/lb credit* on usable, recovered R22.

All of our cylinders are 400 PSI rated for your safety when handling today's higher pressure refrigerants like R410A. If you are still using older cylinders with PSI ratings less than 400 PSI let us help you convert to 400 PSI rated cylinders for your safety - just ask!

After-Hours Service

You can't always predict when a customer will have an emergency, a fully-stocked walk-in freezer goes out or a family's heating unit stops in the middle of winter. So you can be there when your customers need it most, we're here when you need us. We provide an after-hours call-in service at select branches, to make sure you get the parts you need when you need them the most.

CFC Testing

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires that anyone handling refrigerants be certified in order to legally buy refrigerants. We offer a full range of options when it comes to EPA certification testing. Check with your local ARS for testing availability.

Delivery Service

Working in the HVAC/R industry, your time is valuable and we want you to make the most of that time. ARS offers an extensive local delivery service with our own fleet of trucks to transport product where you need it, when you need it.

Federal / Utility Rebates

Most rebate programs are administered by states, municipal utilities and electric cooperatives. Some of them are in the form of Federal Tax Credits, while others are administered locally. In addition, many rebate programs that support energy efficiency are administered by utilities. Learn more
